Pin Marking Systems

 

The variable marking of components is done at system Pin Marker needle through a pneumatic oscillating carbide tip with a mint frequency of approximately 150 to 500 Hz. The pin is over in a coordinate-controlled stepper motors attached and is in the form of the character moves. Due to the continuous speed is a dense sequence of individual points, which shows a closed polyline.
